Do you direct bill insurance?

If your plan supports direct billing, we’ll submit claims on your behalf when possible. Some plans require you to pay first and be reimbursed by your insurer.

Can you tell me exactly what my plan will cover?

We can provide an estimate based on the information available, but your insurer makes the final determination of coverage and reimbursement.

What if my insurance doesn’t cover the full amount?

Any remaining balance is your responsibility. We’ll review options with you and can discuss phased treatment plans when appropriate.
